On May 15th, 1776, Virginia declared independence from the British Crown and later sent Richard Henry Lee, one of its Delegates to Philadelphia to the Second Continental Congress to propose independence for Virginia and
ultimately all of the colonies, thus paving the way for the Virginia Declaration of Rights written by George Mason, Declaration of Independence and our Constitution.
Bob has defended our Constitution, so this May 15th let's pledge our support of $15.00 in honor of Virginia declaring her independence.
